ABOUT THE SPACE
This free standing beach facing home has it all. An open floorplan on the second story where the kitchen, living and dining room are located. Watch and hear the beach waves break from all these rooms and the 2 front bedrooms.
The 3 large bedrooms are on the first floor and they get plenty of natural light. Each bedroom comes with a TV, a queen or king bed and large closets.
The house sits on one of the largest lots in Hermosa Beach. It has a large professionally landscaped back yard. It features a built-in fire pit, waterfountain, a BBQ and a gate that leads you to South Park.
South Park is kid and dog friendly. It is adjacent to the Greenbelt, which is a beautiful treed walking path, 15 min from DT Hermosa and Redondo Beach and a half hour from Manhattan Beach.
The house is a 2 minutes walking distance to sand and 15 min to the DT Hermosa Beach pier.
DT Hermosa Beach is a vibrant place, it has many restaurants, live music, farmers market and shops. All sorts of events are celebrated there.
Beside the large yard, there are 2 decks and a balcony for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen has a Viking stove for the chef in the family. This large kitchen has a quartz wraparound counter top, a perfect place for gathering with family and friends with unblock able ocean views.
You can park up to 4 cars in the driveway.
